Allowed Values:

• FWNG (Following): Date will be the first following day that is a business day.
• FRNC (Floating Rate Note Convention): Floating rate note convention.
• MODF (Modified Following): Date will be the first following day that is a business day unless that day falls in the next calendar month, in which case that date will be the first preceding day that is a business day.
• NEAR (Nearest): Date will be the first preceding day that is a business day unless that day falls on a day other than a sunday or a monday, and will be the first following day that is a business day, if the relevant date otherwise falls on a Sunday or a Monday.
• OTHR (Other): Other business day convention.
• PREC (Preceding): Non-business day will be adjusted to the first preceding day that is a business day.
