Allowed Values:

  • ACTF (Account Not Found): Account of the cardholder or the customer is not found.
  • ACQS (Acquirer Not Supported): Acquirer is not supported.
  • AMLV (AML Validation): Error on AML (Anti Money Laundering) validation.
  • AMTA (Amount Not Found): Amount not found.
  • AUTH (Authentication Failed): Cardholder or customer could not be authenticated, for instance due to an incorrect login identification or an incorrect password.
  • BANK (Bank Not Found): Bank not found.
  • CRDR (Card Error): Card error, for instance invalid ARQC (Authorisation ReQuest Cryptogram).
  • CRDF (Card Verification Failed): Identification of the card is invalid.
  • ACTC (Closed Account): Account is no more usable for the transaction.
  • CTVG (Cutover In Process): Cutover is in progress, transaction could not be processed.
  • DBER (Database Error): Database access error.
  • FEES (Disputed Fees): Transaction fees are disputed by the issuer.
  • TXNL (Exceeded Transaction Life Cycle): Validity period of the transaction is exceeded.
  • AMTD (Deposit Amount Limit): Amount of deposit transactions exceeds the limit.
  • NMBD (Deposit Number Limit): Number of deposit transactions or items exceeds the limit.
  • CRDX (Expired Card): Card has expired.
  • FDCL (Fallback Declined): Issuer declined the fall-back transaction.
  • FMTR (Format Error): Invalid format of the message or its content.
  • TXNG (In Progress): Original request is in progress.
  • FNDI (Insufficient Funds): Account balance is not sufficient.
  • ACPI (Invalid Acceptor): Issuer denies the acceptor.
  • AMTI (Invalid Amount): Requested amount is outside the card limits, or the currency is invalid.
  • ADDI (Invalid Address): Part of the specified address is incorrect.
  • BRHI (Invalid Branch): Invalid branch or bank information.
  • CHDI (Invalid Cardholder Identification): Identification of the cardholder or the customer does not match.
  • CRDI (Invalid Card Number): Identification of the card is invalid.
  • CTFV (Invalid Certificate): Digital certificate cannot be authenticated, is expired or revoked.
  • AMTO (Invalid Original Amount): Original amount is invalid.
  • PINV (Invalid PIN): PIN is invalid.
  • TKKO (Invalid Token): Token cannot be used to surrogate a PAN (Primary Account Number).
  • SGNI (Invalid Signature): Signed message has an invalid signature.
  • TKID (Invalid Token Identification): Identification of the token provider or the token requestor is invalid.
  • TXNV (Invalid Transaction): Transaction is invalid.
  • DATI (Invalid Transaction Date Time): Date time of the transaction is invalid.
  • ISSP (Issuer Inoperative): Issuer is inoperative.
  • ISSF (Issuer Not Found): Issuer is not found.
  • ISSO (Issuer Signed Off): Transaction could not be processed as Issuer is signed off.
  • ISST (Issuer Time Out): Transaction could not be processed as Issuer times out.
  • ISSU (Issuer Unavailable): Transaction could not be processed as Issuer is unavailable.
  • KEYS (Key Storage Saturation): Storage space not available for the key.
  • LBLA (Liability Accepted): Transaction is processed and liability is accepted.
  • CRDL (Lost Card): Card has been declared lost.
  • MACR (MAC Error): MAC error.
  • MACK (MAC Key Error): MAC key error.
  • ICCM (Missing ICC Data): ICC data elements required for processing the ICC transaction were not present in the message.
  • PINN (New PIN Invalid): New PIN is invalid (PIN change).
  • CRDA (No Card Record): No card file record.
  • LBLU (No Liability Accepted): Transaction is processed, but liability is not accepted.
  • PINA (Not Able To Validate PIN): PIN could not be validated.
  • NPRA (Not Permitted To Acceptor): Process not permitted to the acceptor (for example fall back).
  • OFFL (Off Line Process): Transaction has been processed offline by the terminal.
  • ONLP (Off Line Process After Referral): Transaction has been processed offline after referral.
  • NPRC (Not Permitted To Cardholder): Transaction not permitted to the cardholder or the customer.
  • TXNM (Original Does Not Match): Original is found, but transaction does not match.
  • OTHR (Other Error): Other error.
  • BALO (Out Of Balance): Out of balance.
  • SEQO (Out Of Sequence): Message is out of sequence.
  • PINC (PIN Change Required): Cardholder must change the PIN to be able to perform the transaction.
  • PIND (PIN Data Required): Additional information are required to verify the PIN.
  • PINS (PIN Security Error): PIN length or PIN key is invalid.
  • PINX (PIN Tries Exceeded): Last attempt of the PIN verification fails.
  • PINE (PIN Encryption Error): Decrypted PIN block is invalid.
  • QMAX (Queue Maximum Exceeded): Store and forward queue maximum exceeded.
  • RECD (Recurring Data Error): Recurring Error on Data.
  • CRDT (Restricted Card): Requested service not allowed by the card.
  • SECV (Security Violation): Security violation, for instance invalid ARPC (Authorisation ResPonse Cryptogram).
  • SRVU (Service Not Enabled): Cardholder or customer has not enabled the service with the service provider.
  • SFWE (Software Or Hardware Error): Security software or hardware error.
  • SPCC (Special Conditions): Special card conditions not respected.
  • CRDS (Stolen Card): Card has been declared stolen.
  • SRCH (Surcharge Not Permitted): Surcharging is not permitted.
  • CNTC (Suspected Counterfeit Card): Counterfeit card suspected by the issuer or the processor.
  • FRDS (Suspected Fraud): Fraudulent transaction is suspected by the issuer or the processor.
  • SYSP (System Inoperative): Processing temporary not available.
  • SYSM (System Malfunction): System Malfunction.
  • TRMI (Terminal Not Configured): Server received a terminal identification that it does not have any knowledge of.
  • ACTT (To Account Error): To account status error.
  • TTLV (Totals Not Available): Totals are not available.
  • TXNU (Transaction Did Not Complete): Transaction did not complete at the terminal.
  • TXND (Transaction Duplicate): Transaction identification already used for another transaction.
  • ORGF (Unable To Find Original): Transaction could not be processed as original is not found.
  • UNBO (Unable To Go On Line): Transaction cannot be processed online by the terminal.
  • UNBP (Unable To Process Off Line): Transaction cannot be processed offline.
  • UNBC (Unacceptable Currency): Currency is unacceptable for the Issuer or the processor.
  • CMKY (Unavailablecommunication Key): Communication keys are not available.
  • CRDU (Uneffective Card): Card is not active yet.
  • SVSU (Unsupported Service): Requested service not supported.
  • VNDR (Vendor Format Error): Vendor format has an error.
  • VNDF (Vendor Not Found): Vendor not found.
  • AMTW (Withdrawal Amount Limit): Amount of withdrawal transactions exceeds card limit.
